Account & Library Access

LookUpManuals describes account features for storing and organizing manuals in a personal library. If you need help accessing your account, saved manuals, or library content, submit a request and select Account & Library Access.

Include your email, the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card, and a description of the access problem. Explain what you were trying to open or manage and what happened.

Do not include your full card number, CVV or security code, PIN, or password.

If a specific manual is missing from the library, choose Manual Requests. If the manual is present but you cannot access or download it, choose Manual Downloads.
