Manual Requests

LookUpManuals states that if a manual is missing from its database, you can submit a request for help locating it. To do this, submit a request and select Manual Requests.

For this category, Brand Name and Model Number are required. You may also add product photos when useful. A clear photo of a product label can help show the exact model information.

The request form also requires your email, the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card, and a description. In the description, include any additional details that help distinguish the product or model.

Do not include your full card number, CVV or security code, PIN, or password.

Manual availability and fulfillment timing are not guaranteed by the supplied site content, so do not promise that a requested manual will be found or added within a specific time.
